裝配式懸吊體系(xi)在筒倉工(gong)程中的應用研究

摘要:裝(zhuang)配式懸吊(diao)(diao)體(ti)系在筒(tong)(tong)(tong)倉工程方面的(de)應用,能(neng)(neng)有(you)效(xiao)避免基礎(chu)過多的(de)問題(ti),同(tong)時也能(neng)(neng)有(you)效(xiao)發揮鋼結構抗拉性能(neng)(neng)好、施工便捷(jie)的(de)特點(dian)(dian)。懸吊(diao)(diao)體(ti)系的(de)冗余(yu)度較少,故應格外(wai)關注節(jie)點(dian)(dian)設計(ji),確保(bao)(bao)安全。節(jie)點(dian)(dian)設計(ji)過程中(zhong),既要保(bao)(bao)證(zheng)吊(diao)(diao)桿受拉,還(huan)要保(bao)(bao)證(zheng)吊(diao)(diao)桿本身無焊接(jie)點(dian)(dian)。懸吊(diao)(diao)體(ti)系鋼結構與筒(tong)(tong)(tong)倉的(de)連接(jie)節(jie)點(dian)(dian),主要分為剛接(jie)節(jie)點(dian)(dian)和鉸接(jie)節(jie)點(dian)(dian)。其中(zhong),平臺的(de)徑(jing)向主梁與筒(tong)(tong)(tong)倉剛接(jie),筒(tong)(tong)(tong)頂大梁同(tong)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)倉鉸接(jie)。這兩種(zhong)節(jie)點(dian)(dian)形式在國內乃(nai)至世界工程史上均屬首(shou)創。
